When Rare Communications required a new corporate identity and website they wanted an agency who not only ticked the creative and technical ability boxes but also had a good understanding of their business and that of the industries in which they operate.
As a top rated PR agency specialising in the kids, youth and entertainment sectors, Rare wanted a site which not only gave them the ability to promote all their fantastic credentials and case studies, but also provided a vehicle which would be used to provide industry news and views in the form of a Rare PR blog. In addition, Rare felt that their existing corporate identity should be refreshed and asked Bionic to propose their ideas on how this could be evolved. Given our understanding of the entertainment sector and strong alliances with key PR agencies, we understood what would work and how we should deliver the new site and corporate identity.
As both Fifi and Roary increase their presence globally, Chapman Entertainment needed to partner with a digital agency capable of helping them translate the Fifi and Roary website for new territories.
Chapman approached their digital partners Bionic Communications to assess each site and familiarise themselves with an already established Content Management System which the new sites would need to work across. In addition Bionic provided Chapman with a rollout plan for the sites across each country.
Bionic have already rolled out the Fifi and Roary sites in Finland with further rollouts in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Benelux region, United States and Canada planned over the coming weeks.
The process has run extremely efficiently and Chapman is looking to Bionic to help establish new sites into new territories over the coming months.
We're thrilled to bits to announce the launch of a new Fifi micro site for our good friends at Chapman Entertainment.
The site has been launched in advance of a new ‘Best of Fifi and the Flowertots’ DVD release with the aim of giving Fifi fans the opportunity to to vote for their favourite episodes. In true democratic fashion the most popular episodes will be included on the DVD.
Bionic jumped at the chance and created a site which is already blossoming...
Bionic got off to a flying start in 2008 by delivering their first project for Chapman Entertainment with the successful launch of "Pit Stop Panic" a game created to enhance the existing Roary web site.
Chapman approached Bionic in late December and asked us to look into creating a new game for the existing Roary site. Bionic decided that a game focusing on one integral location of many of the shows storylines would be the most appropriate way to develop a new game. Bionic therefore suggested the Pit Stop as the location and Chapman agreed.
We've just delivered a great little Flash site for our friends at the British Toy and Hobby Association as part of their on-going work to promote toy safety to a wider audience. Bionic was approached by the BTHA to design and build the site which could be accessed by a number of different parties including the press, schools and parents.
The British Toy and Hobby Association (BTHA) was founded in 1944 to represent the interests of British toy manufacturers and to raise standards of practice in the industry. Today, the Association has 148 members who, between them, are responsible for over 95% of the British market for toys and games, valued at £2.1 billion.
To support the DVD launch of Dinosapien, Bionic were commissioned by BBC Worldwide to create a promotional micro site that would capture the imagination of fans of the show whilst engaging the target audience with highly immersive content.
With very little available in the way of creative materials Bionic had to dig deep to deliver a site that embodied the shows values and ignite interest in the target audience. We think we did just that!
If you would like to be notified when our new site is available please leave your details below and we will be in touch as soon as we have news.
Thanks again for stopping by and we look forward to staying in touch.
Best wishes
