With a working knowledge of Fox marketing communications Bionic approached the Managing Director of Fox Licensing and Merchandising (L&M) UK with a proposal to pull together all marketing communications to key licensees, retailers, agents and promotional partners across Europe under one programme and one brand name. The entire programme was designed, created, distributed and managed entirely by Bionic.
After a number of meetings with key Fox decision makers from both the UK and US and following a thorough technical review by News Corps technical team, Bionic was granted an initial 12 month contract to roll out the communications programme which was to be known as Fox In Touch. Our objective for the programme was to provide a snapshot of activities emanating from Fox L&M in the form of an HTML e-mail which recipients would receive directly into their e-mail inbox. From here the user could gather more information by simply clicking on an article and being taken directly to a series of dedicated and secure web pages which included movie clips, downloadable sales tools such as presentations and sales sheets. The tool also allowed direct contact with key Fox personnel improving the efficiency of communications.
The programme has gather much pace with the contract having been renewed twice over the past 3 years.
